COMPUSYS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
Idaho Falls, Idaho, March 24, 2008 – CompuSys today announced it has completed the change of ownership. The new business will be known as CompuSys, LLC. The corporate Headquarters will continue operations in Idaho Falls, Idaho. CompuSys, LLC. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
This strategic move will allow CompuSys to be more competiteve in the government sector, particularly to the "set-aside" for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business contracts. CompuSys provides engineering and information technology services. CompuSys also is a value-added reseller for computer, software, and network products.
